Overview
The BrideBoard Community, including BrideBuzz, BrideBazaar and BrideSpace, have been designed as a forum for BrideBoard members to share their unique ideas, experiences, questions and concerns with other members. While we promote open discussion, we do request certain standards of conduct be observed by all members. Your use of BrideBuzz, BrideBazaar and BrideSpace is subject to these Community Rules. We reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time by posting updates.
Age Restriction
Children under the age of 15 are prohibited from accessing BrideBuzz, BrideBazaar and BrideSpace.
Wedding Professionals
Wedding professionals involved in a wedding-related enterprise cannot post any professional-related information on BrideBuzz, BrideBazaar or BrideSpace, even if offering services free of charge.
Content and Usage
Please use appropriate language and behavior when using BrideBuzz, BrideBazaar and BrideSpace. Keep in mind the following norms of behavior: - No vulgar, obscene or sexually explicit language or pornographic images.
- No racially, ethnically, libelous, defamatory or otherwise objectionable language.
- No harassing, intimidating, stalking, or threatening other community members.
- No behavior that exploits, solicits, or harms minors.
- No impersonating any person, including, but not limited to, other community members or employees of BrideBoard.
- No posting personal ads or your own or others' personal information in violation of our community rules.
- No posting, distributing, transmitting, or promoting illegal content.
- No invasion of another's privacy.
- No manipulation or forging of identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information posted on BrideBoard site or otherwise provided to BrideBoard or its employees.
- No posting, providing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any junk mail or spam.
- No posting, uploading, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any material that contains any malicious computer code, including spyware, worms, Trojan horses, viruses, etc.
- No posting, providing, transmitting, or otherwise making available any information which violates federal, state or local or any other law.
- No collecting, storing, or posting of personal data about or of other community members.
- No soliciting of any kind on BrideBuzz or BrideBazaar. If you are interested in advertising opportunities, please Contact Us.
- No commercial activity such as posting URLs for the purpose of directing commercial activity to a non-BrideBoard site.
- BrideBoard reserves the right to re-categorize or delete items it determines to be categorized incorrectly.
Response to Violations
BrideBoard does not edit the content of questions, answers or comments in BrideBuzz or postings in BrideBazaar. However, we reserve the right to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate and/or in violation of the Community Guidelines or the BrideBoard Term of Use. If you come across a post that you think is questionable, please Contact Us, quoting the URL.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The use of BrideBuzz, BrideBazaar and BrideSpace is at your own risk. BrideBoard Inc. is not responsible for the content and conduct you may encounter. We reserve the right to remove any material from the site at any time. We also reserve the right, if you violate any of these rules, to remove you from the community, delete your membership, or to inform your Internet service provider at our discretion.
For your safety, please use caution when sharing personal information. These community forums are provided as a matter of courtesy so you can share opinions and advice with other brides, and we ask that you treat each other with respect.
