BrideBoard.com, where brides advise brides, is a user-generated content and community website for sharing real feedback and opinions about wedding vendors and the planning process.
I’m the groom/mother of the bride/mother of the groom, etc., but not the bride. Can I still leave feedback?
We welcome anyone who has received or paid for a wedding vendor’s service to post feedback on our site. However, please do not leave feedback if you were not directly involved in contracting with a wedding vendor or if you worked with a vendor for an event other than a wedding.
Is BrideBoard really an unbiased site?
Yes, vendors do not pay to have a standard listing on our site and we accept all feedback from registered users.
I am a wedding vendor. Can I ask any past clients or friends to post reviews of my business?
We encourage wedding vendors to ask former clients to post feedback on our site, but please respect that this website is related to wedding planning only. Please have only former brides or clients from a wedding post feedback.
I am a wedding vendor and believe I have received a fraudulent review? What can I do?
Please Contact Us, and we will promptly investigate on your behalf. Please do not contact the reviewer directly. We reserve the right to remove a review if we cannot validate it.
What if a wedding vendor falsifies a review?
In the event that we determine a vendor has manipulated a review, we will take the following course of action: - Remove the invalid review(s)
- Remove the offending vendor's listing
- Display a note that the vendor unfairly manipulated our review system.
